What makes me unique is that my services are a passion and each experience is geared to my client’s needs I am very proud of the success that I have had in this industry and still very surprised that I have developed such a supportive clientele base in this area. I have been in the field of Psychotherapy for over 33 years. Majority of my career I worked in Children’s Mental Health, working with youth and families. Three years ago, I started a new chapter in my life, moving into private practice.  My foundation is rooted in trauma and attachment; and the impact of faulty core belief systems can have on a person. I am a strength-based clinician, taking a narrative approach; believing that therapy is a conversation and begins with trust, relationship and equality. I work with individuals over 16 years of age and couples.

My most important role is life is a mother and grandmother. My time outside of my career primarily revolves around my family, they bring me joy, happiness, laughter and a full heart.
